Millet Grain

Millet is one of the oldest foods known to humans and possibly the first cereal crop to be used for domestic purposes. Finger millet production in Uganda is grown in traditional varieties mainly by small scale producers and as a result, crop yields are low on average. Millet is a staple food especially in the Western part of the country.
